ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE AS A MUNIMENT OF TITLE
On this day came on to be heard the Application Por Probate
of Will as a Munimen~ of Title filed by INEZ KELLER HARPER

("Applicant in the Estate of HII3VEY BATES HARPER, Deceased
( "Decedent .
The Court, having heard the evidence and having reviewed tY,e
Will and the other documents filed herein, finds that the a11E~a-
tions contained in the Application are true; that notice and cita-
~ion have been given in the manner and for the length of time
required by law; that Decedent is dead; that this Court has ~uris-
dictian and venue of the Decedent's estate; that Decedent left a
Will da~ed August 28, 1965, executed with the formalities and
solemnities and under the circumstances requi~°ed by law to make it
a..a ii~ Wi l l: i:har on ~»cn d~te i~ecedent had atitained tc.e a~e of
eighteen (18.) years and was of sound mind; that such Will was not
revoked by Deceden~; that no ob~ection to or contest of the pro- ~
r
bate of such Will has been filed; that a17. of the necessary proof
required for the probate of such Will has been made; that such
Will is entitled to probate; that there are no unpaid debts owing
by tY:e Estate of Decedent otrEr than those securEd by liens on
real estate; and that there is no necessity for administration of
such Estate .
It is thereiore ORD~ED, ADJUDGID and DECREED that such Will ~
is admitted to probate as a Muniment of Ti~le only, and the Clerk

Application in the Minutes of this Court, and this Order shaZl con- ~

stitute suff icient leral authority to all persons owing arty mon~y,
having custody of any property, or actin~ as registrar or transfer
