ORDER APPOINTING ADMINISTRATOR AD LITEM
AND GUARDIAI~ AD LITEM
This cause having come on be~ore me this day on plaintiff's
motion For the appointment of an administrator ad ~item and
guardian ad litem pursuant to the provisions of Florida Statutes,
§732.55 and §744.12, respectively, and it appearing that the ~
estate of Emmett Holmes, a~k/a Willie Emmett Holmes, must nec-
essarily be represented in this cause and that there ~s presently
no personal representative qualified and acting for said estate,
and it further appearing that Terri Ann Holmes, Marilyn Holmes
and Gerald Holmes are heirs-at-law of Emmett Holmes, deceased,
under the age of 18 years and that no legal guardian has ever
been appointed for the aforesaid minor defendants, it is,
therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
Esquire, an attorney learned in the law, be and he is hereby
appointed as administrator ad litem for the estate of Emmett
Holmes, a/k/a w'illie Emmett Holmes, deceased, and as guardian
ad liter.? for the minor defendants herein, Terri Ann Holmes,
Marilyn I?olmes and Gerald Holmes.
Done and Ordered at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
