YOU ARS NOTIFISD of the institution of this action
by PZaintiffs against you seeking to foreclose a mortgage on
the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Starting from a point 1.23' East of the center line
of U. S. Highway No. 1 on the South right of way
boundary of Savannah Road (also referred to as
Water Plant Road), thetice go South 200' aZong the
East right of way line of that certain right of way
owned by the City of Fort Pierce (which lies immed-
iately East of~t6e right of way for U. S. Highway
No. 1) for a point of beginning; thence go South
169', more or less, (to the existing parcel present-
ly being operated as a gas station) to establish the
SW corner of the property; thence from the SW corner
go East on a line which is parallel to the South
righ t of way line of Savannah Road (and which is
aZso along the North boundary of said gas station
property) for a distance of 200' to establish the SE
corner of the property; thence from the SE corner go
North on a line parallel to the East right of Way ~
line of U. S. Highway No. 1 for a distance of the
aforesaid 169', more or less, to establish the NE
corner; thence go West parallel with Savannah Road
200' to the point of~beginning. This property is lo-
cated in the City of Fort Pierce, County of St.Lucie,
State of Florida, in Section 22, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East. ~
