SUBLEASE AGREE;~tEyT
THIS SUBLEASE AGREEMENT, executed this day of November,
1973, by and between VILLA DEL SOL, INC., a non profit Florida cor-
poration, hei•einafter called "Sublessor," and MARY B, MCKENNA, a
widow, of 2825 Albatross Road, Delray Beach, Florida
hereinafter called "Sublessee."
WITNESSETH:
Sublessor does lease, rent, let and demise, and by these presents
does lease, rent, let and demise unto said Sublessee an equal undivided
interest in the property more fully described in that certain Lease
Agreement between LANDMARK VILLAS, INC., a Florida Corporation of
Jensen Beach, Florida, as Lessor, and VILLA DEL SOL, INC., dated the
23rd day of January, 1970, and recorded in Official Record Book 182,
Page 1384 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. It is
the intent of the Sublessor to enter into a sublease with each owner
of a unit in VILLA DEL SOL, INC., a Condominium, and each owner shall
r acquire at the time of execution of their individual sublease, an

i undivided leasehold interest that is equal to the leasehold interest

~ held by each of the other owners.

~ TERI~iS OF EXISTING LEASE INCORPORATED HEREIN. The terms of the
~ existing lease between LANDI?tARK VILLaS, INC, and VILLA DEL SOL, INC.

~ aid terms and rovisions were herewith set forth in full exce t the

~ provisions set out in this Sublease supersede contrary provisions in th~
lease.

through-and including the 30th day of June, 2068.
