BILL OF SALE
That MARY B. McKENNA, a widow of the
County of t~``"'" , State of Florida parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, lawful money of
the United States of America, to them in hand this day paid by
DONALD McKIBBIN & AUDREY McKIBBIN, his wif~, of the County of
Palm Beach, State of Florida , parties of the second part, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained,
sold, transferred and delivered unto the said parties of the second
part, their successors, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
forever, the following goods and chattels, to-wit:

It is e~cpressly understood that all of the aforesaid items
are in good working order or condition.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the second
part, their successors, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
forever.
And the said parties of the first part do for them and their
successors, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, covenant
to and with the said parties of the second part, their successors, ,
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, that they are the
lawful owners of the said goods and chattels; that they are free
from all encumbrances; that they have good right and lawful authority
to sell the same as aforesaid, and that they will warrant and defend
the sale of the said property, 5oods and chattels hereby made, unto
the said parties of the second part, their successors, heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of
all persons whamsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties to this contract have hereunto
set their hands and seals this 2gth day of November , 1973.
