title and interest which I have in that certain Sublease executed the
day of November, 1973, by and between M.ARY B, riCK~IVNA, a widow,
an~c V~fLLA DEL SOL, INC., said sublease having been recorded in Official
Record Book ~2 Z~ , Page D of the public records of St. Lucie
County, F1oriTa, t--o Tiave and to o t e same to tlie said DONALD W.
MCKIBBIN and AUDREY W. MCKIBBIN, his wife and their successors, assigns,
personal representatives and heirs from the date hereof, for and during
the remainder of the term thereof subject to the rents, covenants, con-
ditions and provisions therein mentioned.

ASSUAiPT ION OF SUBLEASE
DONALD W. MCKIBBIN and AUDREY {V. MCKIBBI~, his ~sife, in consideration
of the above assignment and written consent of the Sublessor thereto,
~ hereby accept the same and assume and agree to make all the payments
~ and perform all of the agrEements and conditions of said Sublease by
