THIS CAUSE cominq on for hearing this date upon the
plaintiff's motion for an Order setting aside the Final
Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause
on November 16, 1973, and allowing thE withdrawal of the
original note, mortgage and assignment oi morzyay~, wa?~~~~
"Exhibit A", "Exhibit B" and "Exhibit C" respectively, filed
~ with said Final Judgn~nt of Foreclosure, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Final Judgment of Fore-
closure be set aside and that the original note, mortgage
and assignment of mortgage are hereby released to the plain-
tiff.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
