natural guardian and next friend of Donna Laurito, a minor,

Appeal of Florida to review the Final Judgment of the Circuit
Court for St. Lucie County, bearing the date of October 3, 1973,
and rendered and recorded in OR Book 219 at pages 881 & 882,
and the Order of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County,
bearing the date, the 21st day of November, 1973 and rendered
and recorded in OR Book 221 at page 532 on November 23, 1973.
The nature of the Order appealed from is the Final Judgment
for zero dollars rendered for the minor plaintiff, and the -
