Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 11, Page 46, of the Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared MARY V. MCNEILL, who upon first being duly sworn did depose
and say:
1. That she is one and the same person as Mary T. Voth,
the grantee in that certain warranty deed, conveying the above-captioned
property, and dated the 2nd day of~December, 1970, recorded in OR Book 188,
page 1952 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That subsequent to said aforementioned conveydiiu~, ~;c
affiant was united in marriage with Riley McNeill on the Sth day of
April , 19 71, and that the affiant then joined with the said Riley
McNeill in conveying the above-captioned property to one O. C. Thompson
and Lucille Thompson, his cvife, by an instrument dated the llth of June-
1973, and recorded in OR Book 215, page 1829 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, it being the affiants intention by said instru~~
ment to convey all of her right, title and interest in the above-captioned
property to the said O. C. Thompson and Lucille Thompson, his wife.
