DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ;

This cause came on for trial on June 21, 1973, and the Court ~
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and _
wife now.exists between the parties; and that the marriage between

i the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
; is, thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ l. The marriage between JOHN W. SCI~NARTS, Husband,

; and ALMA L. SCHENARTS, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved -
; and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from

f the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
= the obligations arising therefrom.

s - 2. ALMA L. SCHENARTS be and she is hereby authorized

~ to resume her former name of ALMA L. TOW~TSEND and to use the saine

in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. As a lump sum alimony award from the HuSband to the
` Wife, the Husband, JOHN W. SCHENP,RTS, is directed tc convey to
the Wife, ALMA L. TOWNSEND, by an appropriate deed, within ~ive
days from the date of this Final Judgment, all of his interest in

the following described property, to-wit:
