SCHENARTS, Wife 3 FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ; . ~ This cause came on for trial on June 21, 1973, and the Court ~ having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and _ wife now.exists between the parties; and that the marriage between _ i the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
