Subject to reservations, restrictions,
easements and rights of way of record,
and other liens.
In the event the Husband, JOHI~I W. SCI~NARTS, fails to execute
an appropriate deed to transfer the title o£ the above described
lands to the Wife, then this Final Judgment shall act as an
automatic transfer ~~e Husband's interest in the hereinbefore
described lands to the Wife, subject to the restrictions above
set out.
4. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, -
is retained for the entry of such Further orders as may be proper.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida, this day of June,
1973.
