Together ~rith a11 structures and improvements noW and hereafter on said

accruin~ and to accrwe from said premises, all of ahich are included irithin the fore-
going description and the habendum thereoY; also all gas, steam, electric, `+ater
and other heating,cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating
and po~rer systems, machines, applisnces, Pixtures and appurtenances, vhi~h now are or
may hereafter pertain to, or be t2sed ~rith, in or on said premises, even though they
be detache@ or detac2iable; also, all building, impmvement or construction materials,
supplies and equip~ent hereafter delivered to said l,and contemplating installation
or u~e in constructions tY~ereon and all rights and interest oY the Mortgagor in build-
ing permits and architectural plans and specificatibns relating to contemplated
constructions or improvements on said land and all rights and intere~~ af Mortgagor in

TO AAVE AND TO ROLD the same, together ~rith all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in ar~yWise appertaining, and
s the reversion and reversions, remainder or remainders, rents, issues and profits
~ thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demexid Whatsoever, as vell in laW as in equity, of the said Mortgagor in and to
: the same, a.nd every part thereof, unto the said Mortgagee absolutely and in fee simple
` forever.
And the Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee that h~e is in-
defeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that he has full po~ner and lawf~.il right =
to corney the ssme in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be le~rPul for the
Mortgagee at all tim~es peaceably and quiet~y to enter upon, hold, occupy and en~oy
said land, and every part thereof; that tt~e land is and will remain free from all
encumbrances; that said Mortgagor vill make such further assura~nces to perfect the fee
simple title to said land in said Mortgagee as may be reasonably requfred, and that
said Mortgagor dces hereby fully Warrant the title to the p~rty hereby mortgaged,
and every part thereof, and ~rill defend the same against the laWftil. claims of all
persons whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALGTAYS that iY the Mortgagor shall pay unto the Mortgagee that
certain promissory note, of which the follo~ring is a substantial copy, to-~rit:
