THIS INDENTURE, Made this 22nd day of October, A. D.,
1973, by and between SUN OIL COMPANY OF PENNSYLVANIA, a corporation
organized and existing under and by virtue ot the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, successor by merger to Sun 0i1
Company, a New Jersey corporation, 1608 Walnut Street, Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter called the Grantor, and JOHI~I H. SUTHERLAND,
