At a session of said Court, held at the Court House in the City of St.
Joseph in said County, on July 30, 1973.
Present: HONORABLE JU TAN E. NUGHES, Circuit Judge.
The caus~ having been ro~ on to be heard upon the Complaint filed there-
in, taken as confeased by the Defendant: on reading the Complaint and hearing the
proofs, taken in open Court, from which it satisfactorily appears to this Court
~hat the material allegations in said Complaint are true, and that there has been
! a breakdown in the marriage relationship to the extent that the objec~s of
matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the
marriage can be preserved.
On motion of one of the.attorney of the Berrien County Legal Services Bureau,
Inc., Attorney for said Plaintiff, it is Ordered and Adjudgecl, and this Court
; by virtue of the authority vested, and in pursuance of the statute in such case

~ made and provided, Doth Order and Adjudge that the marriage between said parties

f shaZl be and the same hereby dissolved, and a divorce from the bonds of matri.mony

i between said parties is also Ordered and Adjudged.

S It is also further ordered and adjudged that each of the parties herein shall

be the owner and have sole possession of such personal property as is now in his
or her respective passession.
It is further ordered and adjudged that the plaintiff shall have sole ownership'
and possession of a lot at POrt St. Lucy, Florida owned jointly by the parties and
; soley purchased by the plaintiff ,to wit:
Lot 26, Block 176 of Port St. Lucie Section 4, a subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, page
14A, of the Pub2ic records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
