said plaintiff herein shall be in lieu of her dower in the lands of her husband,
the said defendant and that he shall hereafter hold his remaining lands free,
clear and discharged from anp~such dower riqht or claim and said provision shall
also be in full satisfaction of all claims that she may have in any property which
the said plaintiff owns or may hereafter own, or in which he has or may hereafter
have any interest. -
RESTORATION TO FORMER NAN~
It is also further ordered and adjudged that the plaintiff be restorec] to her
previous name of EVA TRUSSELL.
ALIMONY
It is further Ordered and Adjudged, that neither party is not entitled to
alimony.
INSURANCE PROVISION -
It is further Ordered and Adjudged, that all rights of either party in and
to the proceeds of any policy or contra~t of life insurance, endowment or annuity
upon the life of either party in which she was named or desiqnated as beneficiary
~ or to which he or she became entitled by assignment or change of beneficiary during

; the marriage or in anticipation thereof, whether such contract or policy was
