Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause on

note, mortgage and assignment of mortgage, marked "Exhibit A",
"Exhibit B" and "Exhibit C" respectively, filed with said
Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and the Court being fully ad-
vised in the premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Final Judgment of Fore-
closure be set aside and that the original note, mortgaqe and
assignment of mortgage are hereby released to the plaintiff.
