KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That M. A. RAMSEY and
MARY LEE RAMSEY, his wife; LEON D. MILLER and BERTHA Z.
MILLER, his wife, and PHILLIP P. ZIPES, hereinafter called
"Grantor", do hereby grant and convey to RYERSON & HAYNES
REALTY, INC „ a Delaware corporation, hereinafter called
"Grantee", whose mailing address is 915 N. E. 125th Street,
North Miami, Florida 33161, its successors and assigns, a
perpetual non-exclusive easement for the installation and
maintenance of utilities over the culvert permitted to be ~
installed in the South 30 feet of the East 1,660 feet, and
the East 30 feet of the West 430 feet of the South 130 feet
of the West 2,060 feet of that part of the North 1/2 of

easement for ingress and egress set fortll in Deed recorded

St. Lucie County, Florida,
The Grantee, its successors and assigns, shall maintain
said easement in good repair.
