Non-exclusive easements over.and across each and every non-pnblicly
dedicated route of accessibility to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian
River, said easements being over and across lands situate and lying in
St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows~
All of those lands lying within the present political boundaries
of St. Lucie County which are bounded on the North by the North line o£
said St. Lucie County; bounded on the South by the South line of said
St. Lucie County; bounded on the East by the Atlantic Ocean and bounded
on the West by the Indian River.
NOTE; The purpose of this instrument is to convey 5070 of the Grantors
interCStB (~btair.~3 by way :,f ~:~r~~~~s F~oride ~*_pt+!tes nertaining to
adverse possession etc.) in and to all routes of accessibility to both the
atlantic Ocean and the Indian River used by both the Grantor as an individual
and/or by the Grantor as a member of the general public at iarge, for a
period of time exceeding seven, (7) years; said routes of accessab~lir.y being
more clearly shown on the vario~s serial surveys flawn for both the
State of F2orida and for the Federal Governnent between 1958 and 1971 and
are considered to be public records, copies of which may be obtained from
the following governmental agencies.
