Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appartenances thereunto belonging or in
i anywise appertaining, and elso all buildings, structures, additions and impmvements, now or at any time hereafter
~ erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers, machines, heating plent. lighting plant, and ali
~ plumbing apparatus, fuctures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric hea~ing and iighting
plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery, ptent or plants for tunning end operation of passenger or other elevators,
including passenger and other elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awaings snd shutters, now or hereafter '
located in the building upon said land, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said
~ premises, either in renewal or replacement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenancea originally installed on
said premises. in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereto which may hereafter be placed upon the
