the payments called for in the first mortgage now encumbering
this ~roperty, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its office or at some
other place as designated by the r~IORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the NORTGAGEE,
herein, acknowledge in writing the existence of this mortgage
and the amount still due thereon on an estoppel form provided fo
this purpose by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(3) This is a purchase money second mortgage.
This is a corrective mortgage deed which has been recorded to
correct the erroneous and incomplete legal description appearing in
the original mortgage deed recorded in ORB 221.at page 11, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, FLorida.
