Gentlemen:
In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have received, 1/we and those hotding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facitities (inctuding wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be ins[aHed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remove such facilities or any of ihem; to permit the attachment of co~duits, wires or
caales of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across mylour pro-
perty de9cribed as follows:
The Southeast one-quarter (SE4.j of the Southeast one-quarter (SE4) of the Sou~h-
east one-quarter (SE4 j of Section 20, Township 35 Sauth, Range 40 East, St,
Lucie County, Florida, excepting therefrom the East 40 fest thereof and also
-except the right-of-way for State Road S-G11, Edwards Road.
The easement more particularly described as the East 10 feet of the above de-
scribed property.
