I, Verna L. Anderson, Secretary of American Homes and Mortgage, Inc., a
Florida Cor.poration, DO HEREBY CERTIFY lTNTO WHON IT MAY CONCERN, and unto~
McCaughan Hortgage Companq, Inc., in particular, as follows:
1. That American Homes and Mortgage, Inc. is a corporation authorized to
transact busiuess in the State of Florida, and that I am its 3ecretary
and that FTilliam A. Mderson is its President and that Jamea F. Anderson
is its Vice-President.
2. That at a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of American Homea
and Mortgage, Inc., held on November ,~D 1973, at its principal
place of business, 201 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, ~t
which meeting a ma3ority of the directors af the Corporation vere
personally present and attending, the folloving resolution, upon mo-
tion du2y made and aeconded and unanimously carried, it was RESOLVED
that:
Whereas the President, William A. Mderson and the Vice-President
James F. Anderson have previously been authorized to execute and
deliver certain mortgages of the corporation to McCaughan Mortgage
Company, Inc. ~ts hereinafter set forth, and, •
Whereas, the Presideat, William A. Mderson; did execute the cert
tain mortgages as so authorized on behalf of the corporatioa to
McCaughan Iytortgage Company, Inc., which mortgages are dated, filed
and recorded in the Public Records of St. Lacie County, Florida as
follows: -
