Whereas, all of the said mortgages Were draWa on forms for use bq an. in-
dividual rather than by a corporation and
Whereas, a corporate signature and acknot~ledgement form Was attached to
all of said mortgages;
Nov therefore, the act8 of the said William Mderson as President and of
James F. Anderson as Vice-President of American Homes and Mortgage, Inc.
in executing and dellvering the said mortgages set forth above are hereby
ratified and confinaed and all of the terms and conditions contained in
said mortgages are hereby ratified and confirmed.
3. That the foregoing resolution is outstanding and has not been modified
or rescinded;
