THIS WARRANTY DEED made this 4th day of December ,
A. D., 19 73 , by WILLIAM F. SAMPSOI~I and BONITA G. SAMPSON,
his wif e, and HOWARD W. SAMPSON and HELEN D. SaMPSON, his wife,
and EMERSON G. SAMPSON and IRIS T. SAMPSON, his wife, herein-
after called the grantors, to GUY ALFONSE and VERONICA ALFONSE,

hereinafter called the grantees:
