SUBOItDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the undersigned is the owner and holder of
that certain mortgage from RANDOLPIi A. HEARST, dated
September 20, 1963 and recorded in O. R. Book 72, page
699 as modified by instrument dated March 17, 1964 and
recorded in O. R. Book 83, page 447, public records of _
Saint Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREAS, the mortgagor has requested of the under-
signed that the lien of said mortgage be subordinated to
a certain loan from The Federal Land Bank of Columbia;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
paid to the undersigned and other good and valuable consid-
erations, the undersigned owner and holder of the above
referenced first mortgage does hereby subordinate the lien
and operation of said mortgage to the lien and operation and
I indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage deed given by
~ RANDOLPH A. HEARST and CATHERINE C. HEARST, his wife, to The
i Federal Land Bank of Columbia, the same being dated the

~ 16th day of October, 1973 and having been recorded in O. R.

~ Book 220, page 2527, public records of Sai,nt Lucie County,
