and principal being payable each year on the day of
November, beginning one year from the date hereof, and on
the same day ot each succeeding year thereafter until the
whole sum named is paid.
3. In all other respects, the aforementioned Mort-
gage, recorded in Official Record Book 208, Page 1943, St.
Lucie County, Florida, public records, is hereby ratifi.ed
and confirmed, and shall remain unchanged.
