This cause coming on this day ~to be heard'ex parte upon the ~
motion of plaintiff to amend its complaint to add a party defendant,
and it appearing to the Court that Emily Holmes, surviving daughter
and heir-at-law of Emmett Holmes, deceased, is a necessary and
proper party to this cause and that the said Emily Holmes should
be added as a party defendant as a matter of course pursuant to
RCP 1.250(c) and 1.190ia); and it further appearing to the Court
that there are in excess of 32 defendants to this cause, none of
whose substantial rights would be modified by. the addition of a ~

party defendant, and being fully advised in the premises, it is,
