DECLARATION OF TRUST
Come the undersigned parties and make this their declaration ~
of trust acting for and on behalf of the First Church of God of
Fort Pierce, Florida, fo~ the purposes hereinafter set out and with
them executing this agreement are the various spouses as appears
necessary to properly execute and declare this instrument of trust:
WHEREAS_, Lots 6 and 7 of CLYATT'S SUBDIVISION as per plat
thereof on file-in Plat Book 4, page 61, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, is presently held by RICHARD B. SHEETS,
WALTER G. WALKER and IAIS L. WALKER, ~onuerly Lois Johnson, as
trustees of the First Church of God, and •
WHEREAS, RICHARD B. SHEETS is a trustee and is joined
hereinafter by his wife, JFAN SHEETS, who is also joining with her
husband executing this declaration of trust, and
WHEREAS, WALTER G. WALKER is a trustee and is joined herein-
after by his wife, I,OIS L. WALKER, also a trustee, who is also ~oin-
ing with her husband executing this declaration of trust, and
WI~REAS, all of the above said trustees do hereby declare
themselves trustees for and on behalf of the said First Church of

; God, to handle the properties by them held under the title and
~ ownership in their individual names in the public records of St.

~ Lucie County, Florida, now therefore,

' BE IT HEREBY DECIARED, RESOLVED, AGREED, CONSENTED AND

' ACQUIESCED that the said trustees do hereinafter sign this declara-

; tion of trust and their said spouses do hereinafter join quit-
i
claiming any and all right of curtsy and/or dower as to the said
property, and
~ Further, the trustees provide as follows: that in the event

~ either and/or all of the said trustees shall withdraw their membership ~
~ in said church and/or shalZ be incapacitated and/or shall for a
