church and its membership, that by an actirnc~ of the church with a
notice at one regular meeting after which an election may be held,
the said trustee may be replaced by the said action of the said
First Church of God and that upon a filing of a declaration of trust
by the said newly elected trustee and joined by the other trustees
herein above named if there be any and if there be none, the new
declaration of trust may be executed by duly elected persons by the
~irst Church of God, and at the new said declaration setting out
the incapacities of former trustees, may be filed in the office of ~
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with a resolution of the membership of the First Church of
God and evidence of election of the said trustees of said First
Church of God, that the said newly elected trustee and/or trustees
shall have all the right and all of the authority previously vested
in the first said trustees as to the above said property and that
the said newly elected trustees shall have the same rights as were
vested in the original trustees, that is to say, shall have the right
to buy, sell, encumber, convey, bargain, barter or dispose of the
said trust property in the same manner as the original ~rustees.
