he ~,rill convey and deliver to the Defendant all his right, title,
interest and possessioa in and to one Philco Stereo Set and
one RGA Color Television, to be hers absolutely.
3. The Plaintzff co~renants, prcmises and agrees t-,hat he
wil? assume and ~.~ay the fol?ow~ng outstanding obligations of the
parties, to--wit:
