and says that she is the surviving spouse of JOHN A. BOAN,
who died on December 23, 1971; that Affiant an~ said JOHN A. -
BOAN were grantees in a certain deed dated November 6, 1961,
and recorded in Official Record Book 24, Page 274, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that Affiant and said
JOHN A. BOAN were married to each other prior to November 6,
1961; that the one and only marriage between Affiant and said
JOHN A. BOAN was never terminated by divorce or annuZment,
but was only terminated by the death of said JOHN A. BOAN.
