TOGETNER with all -structures and improvemenis now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached ~
thereto and all rents, +ssues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said p~emises all of which are included
within the foregoing deuription and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, ircigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures

; gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twenty (20) years fro+n the date he~eof and be-
fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make furrher advances to the Mortgagor and any such
f~rther advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shafl be evidenced by an add~tional note then
unpaid, and the totat amount of indebteciness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
f ~o time, but the tofal unpaid balance so secured at any one t~me shall not exceed the maximum principal sum of ~
