motion of the parties to this cause by and thxough their respec-

1. The marriage between WILLIE C. TINDELL and HAZBL
TINDELL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby foxever freed from the bonds of matYimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. Custody of WILLIE W. TINDELL and MARILYN JOYCE TIN-
~ DELL, minor children of the parties, is heYeby awarded to HAZEL

~ 3. Commencing the 23rd day of NovembeY, 1973, WILLIE C.
TINDEL.L shall pay to HAZBL TINDELL the sum of $40.00 each and
every week for the support of the children named above, allocated
~ $25.00 for Marilyn Joyce and $15.00 for Willie W. with the allot-
~ ment for each child on '

~ of 18 years, is married or becomes self-supporting, whi.chever is

~ sooner. Notwithstanding the foregoing it is understood and ordered

~ that the support as previously stated shall continue until the

~ port is based on a net income of $120.00 per week.
