HomeMy WebLinkAbout1643 hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added `
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or Cashier's Check. Both of the_parties axe ~
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised to their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. That the husband, WILLIE C. TINDELL shall maintain in
its present status the insurance as is presently maintained and
shall be liable for extra ordinary medical, dental and hospital ex-
penses upon the same being brought to his attention.
S. That the real property owned by the parties, described
as:

Tfie South 1/2 of Lot 19 less the Sast 70 feet
thereof and the S~uth 1/2 of Lot 20 less the
West 8 feet thereof lying a~nd being in PINE
VISTA SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof on file

shall, as soon as possible, be sold by the parties within forty
five (45) days after date oY as may be extended by the parties
and i.n the absence thereof that either party may come before the
court petitioning for and shall obtain an Order foY the sale thereof.
6. That the husband, WILLIE C. TINDELL may retain as his
own personal property the T. V. set and the Deep Freezer i.n the
homestead and the wife, HAZFsL TINDELL may have such of the remain-
ing personal property as she shall desiYe and shall move from the
premi.ses prior to the sale, i.t beingczdecect that the_ wi,fe shall

E have a minimum of two (2) weeks within which to arrange for the
; moving of same.

7. That the net proceeds from the sale of the pxoperty
sha11 be disbursed first to the cost of the sale and the expenses
of this cause, then to the joint obligations and bills in exis-

tence on August i, 1973, with the net remainder to be divided
therefrom share and share alike between the parties.
