October 4, 1973 is hereby incorporated in sa far as it does not
conflict with the other provisions of thi"s Judgment, said stip-
ulation being attached hereto and made a part hereof.
9. That th e wife, HAZBL TINDELL, is awarded the rig ht of
ownership to one certain 1972 Ford Torino automobile with a cur-
rent license tag # 24-7920, and the husband, WILLIE C. TINDEI.L,
is to make payments on same until such time as the sale of the
house is effected.
10. Each of the parties is required to be responsible
for their own attorneys fees. ~
11. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
