BEFORE ME, personally appeared HERZL HALPERIN who, on
oath, deposes and says as follows; -
1. That Affiant has personal knowledge of the facts and
matters set forth herein.
2. That Affiant was formerly president of DALE SUPPLY
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, which by resolution on May 30,
1972,~resolved that the name of the corporation be changed to
NALPERIN CO., INC., which CERTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT TO THE ARTICLES
OF INCORPORATION OF DALE SUPPLY CORPORATION was duly filed on June 6,
1972, with the Department of State at~Tallahassee, Florida, a true
copy of said Certificate being attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference as Exhibit "A".

~ 3. That prior to the name change, DALE SUPPLY CORPORATION,
~ a Florida corporation, took title to certain real property located in

` St. Lucie County, Florida, which lands are more particularly described

~ in Official Records Book 190, Page 2037 and Page 2038, of the Public

~ Records of St. Lucie Cotuity, Florida.

4. Subsequent to the aforesaid real property transaction
~ and the chat~ge of name of DsALE SUPPLY CORPORATION to HALPERIN CO., INC.,
~
a new Florida corporation was incorporated tmder the name of UALE SUPPLY
~ CORPORATION, which is not related to the or iginal corporation, nor is
~
~ it in any way the owner of any interest in Che lands described in
~ the Deeds above referred to.

5. That the lands described in the Deeds described herein
