DISSOLUPION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~~day of December,
1973, and the Court ha~ing given full consideration to
all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has

suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
betw~en the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved:
It is thereupon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
JACKIE LEE BLACKI~lAN and SANDRA JANE BLACKMAN be and the
same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. ~USTODY. Custody of SHERRY LYNN BLACKMAN,
minor daughter of the pa=ties, is hereby awarded to '
SANDRA JANE BLACKMAN, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to JACRIE LEE BLACKMAN. Custody of JACKIE LEE
BLACKMAN, II, minor son of the parties, is hereby awarded
