FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE_came on for trial this date and the Court, hav-
ing given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter-
mines: This Court has jurisdic~_on of the parties and sub.ject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now existe be-
tween the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should
be dissolved. It is, thereupon,

LESTER CARTER and BRENDA E. CARTE R b~, and it is hereby, dissolved,
and that the parties and each of ther~ are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them, and from the
obligations arising theref rom. -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of BRIAN SCOTT CARTE R and ANGELA LYNN
CARTER, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to BRENDA E.
CARTER, with reasonabie visitation rights reserved to ALFORD LESTER
CARTE R . _
3. 3UPPORT. Comanencing the ~day of December, 1973,
~
ALFORD LESTER CARTER shall pay to BRENDA E. CARTER the sum of Fifty
Doll,ars ($50.00) each and every week for the support of the minor
children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court, and
by him remitted promptly to BRENDA E. CARTER. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
~ keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
