This cause came on for trial the 6 th d~y of December, 1973 and ~
the Court having"given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and de-

termines: this Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of
this su3t; that the relation of husband snd ~rife noW exists between the parties
and that the msrriage betWeen the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved; it is thereupon

ORDERED snd AATUDGED as follo~ws:

1. Dissolution of Marriage. The marrisge betveen PATRICIA APGAR
and SIDNEY APGAR be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them axe hereby forever freed from the bonds of ~atrimony heretofore exist-
ng bet~reen them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ,
2. Custoc~y. Custoc~y of TRACY APGAR, minor child of the parties,
; is hereby awarded to PATRICIA APGAR ~rith reasonable visitation rights reserved
to SIDNEY APGAR. ~ ~

~ 3~ Support. Commencing the ~ d~y of December; 1973,
~ APGAR shall pay to PATRICIA APGAR the sum of $45.00 each and every week, for
~ ~
° the sugport of the child named above.

~ Each p~yment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him ;
~ remitted promptly to PATRICIA APGAP.. In addition there is hereby assessed the
~ sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
~ All payments sha11 be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
~ ~
~ the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mail-

_ ing and residence addresses at all times While this order is in effect.
a~~ Agreement. That the Stipulation admitted into evidence is

~4 hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply
~ `rith the provisions thereof, ta-~rit: that SIDNEY APGAR shall pay the present
Y~< unpaid medicr~l and hospital bills by the parties incurred.

5.• Fees and Costs. That the Court determines the swm of $330.50 ~

~ to be reasonable f~r the vife's attorney's fees and costs incurred in this caus

! and SIDNEY APGAR is ordered to pay said attorney said sum.
