this Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and kife nov exists bet~reen the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievab~}r broken and should be dissolve ;
it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follo~s:
1. Dissolution of :darriage. The marriage between WILLIE C. LANDERS
and ORA ~ELL LANDERS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed Prom the bonds of matrimor~y heretofore
existing bet~reen them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
