This cause coani.ng on before the Court upon the Counter-Petition of
the respondent and the petitioner having withdraWn his complaint in favor of
the Counter-Petition and the Court proceeding thereon having he ard the witness
and supporting testimony and being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is
hereby
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and A~..TUDGED as follrnrs:
1. The marria.ge betsreen MIGHAEL A. DRAWDY and DIANA L. DRAWDY be
and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties sud each of'them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing bet~reen them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
! 2. G~stody of EVA CHRISTINE DRAFiDY, age 9 months, minor child of

~ the parties is hereby awarded to DIANA L. DRAWDY, ~rith reasonable visitation

f rights reserved to MICHAEL A. DRAWDY.

~ 3. ~a) Commencing the lOth d~y of December, 1973, ~ICHAEL A. DRAWDY
~ sha11 pay to DIANA L. DRAWDY, each arid every week the sum of $50.00 or 25x of

~ his income, Whichever is less, for the support of the minor child named above.

(b) Each p~Yment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by

~ him remitted promptly to DIANA L. DRAWDY. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sUm of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the

Clerk. All p~yments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.

~ Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of thei
