FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the~day of December, 1973,
and the Court having given full consideration to a11 the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJEJDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MICHAEL
ANDERSON and SHIRLEY ANDERSON be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of GABRIEL ANDERSON and SHANNON ANDERSON,
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to SHIRLEY ANDERSON
with reasonable visitation rights resery~d to M L ANDE .

i 3. SUPPORT . Commencing the~_day- of ,19 7 3

MICHAEL ANDERSON shall pay to SHIRLEY ANDERSON the sum of $125.00

each and every month, for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to SHIRLEY ANDERSON. In addition, there is
hereby assessed tne sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order, or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
