PHYLLIS HELMS, Wife FINAL J'UJGMENT ~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the day of December, 1973, ` ~ and tiYe Court having.given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the ~arties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It ~ is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BI~AND HELMS and PHYLLIS IIL~,AiS, be an~ the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofare existing between them and from the obligations . arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JIMMY HELMS and SUSAN HELMS, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to PHYLLIS HELMS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to BLAND HELMS. ~ Custody of WAYNE HELMS is hereby awarded to BLAND HELMS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to PHY CS HEL . 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 26th day o~, 1973, BLAND _ HELMS shall pay to PHYLLIS HELMS, the sum of $40.00 each and every week, for the support of JIMMY HELMS and SUSAN HELMS. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by . him remitted promptly to PHYLLIS HELMS. In addition there is here- ~ by assessed tne sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, . money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised af their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. ~ ~t~.1 ~tGF~~ ;
