PROPERTY. The property settlement agreeme~}t admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

5. RESTRATNING ORDER. Each of the p$rties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interferinq with, harassing or annoying, the
other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $150.00
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for.his services herein ;
and BLAND HELMS is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together ~
with costs herein assessed at $15.25. -
JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties

hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be ~
proper.
