For valuable considerations received from VENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION,
Atlanta, Georgia, hereby on the 3rd day of December 1973, assigns and sets
over the aforementioned mortgages and notes and debts described therein
to VENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, with full recourse on assignor.
