For valuable considerations received from THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
ATLANTA, Atlanta, Georgia, hereby on the 3rd day of December, 1973, assigns
and sets over the aforementioned mortqages, notes and debts described therein
to THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA, with full recourse on assignor.
