WHSREAS, RON RATHAY BNTERPRISES, INC., doing business as
Fort Pierce Lanes of 2500 North Federal Highway, Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter referred to as Debtor, executed and de-
livered a Financing Statement to AMF INCORPORATED, Jericho Turn-
~ pike, Westbury, New York, hereinaft~er referred to as Secured
Party, said Financing Statement being recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the Circu:ft Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, in 0. R. ~ook 207, pages 2525, 2526, 2527 and 2528, and
securing certain chattels located on certain real property;

AND i~EREAS, the said Debtor has requested the Secured Party
to releg~e the premises hereinafter described, being part of the
real property described in the aforesaid Financing Statement,
from the lien and operation of said Financing Statement:
NOGT, THEREFORE, KNOW YE that said Secured Party, in consid-
eration of the premises and of the sum of Ten Dollars in hand
paid by, or on behalf of the said Debtor at the time of the ex-
' ecution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledgei, does

t , remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the
~ lien and operation of said Financing Statement that certain

~ - ,portion of the premises covered by said Financing Statement,

~ Being a Parcel of land lying in Government Lots 1, 2, 3, and
4, Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, the boundary of which is more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point where the south boundary line of Olsons
~ Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 59 of St. Lucie
County, Florida records, intersects the East right of way line of
~ U. S. Highway 1, also known as State Road No. S,thence run N. ,
