Court having given fl~ll consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: ;

this Court has ~urisdiction of the part ies snd sub~ect matter of this suit; _
that the relation of husband and ~aife now exists bet~reen the parties; and that
the marriage betWeen the parties is irretrievably broken and should be idssolve ;
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ?~TUDGEL as follows:

be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are he~^eb

2. The Court determines the sum of $300.00 to be reasonable for '

the wife's attorney for his services herein and ROBERT M. CARDEN is ordered to ;

3. That the husband, ROBERT M. CARDEN be and he is hereby restr ned
fram harassin~ and/or intimidating JOYCE S. CARDEN in any manner vhatever.
4. JOYCE S. CARDEN be and she is hereby authorized to ass~e her
former name of JOYCE M. SEYMOUR and to use the same in all respects as if said :
