To secure the payment of
Ont Contract Note, No. 1912, dated October 26, 1973, in
the principal sum of Thirty-one Thousand and no/100----dollars, ($31,000.00),
with payments as follows:
~ In regular, monthly installments, in advance, on the first day of
each calendar month, beginning on the first day of February, 1974,
=y each for the sum of:
~ lst year - monthly payments are $209; 2nd year - monthly payments
~ are $239; 3id year - monthly payments are $279; and 4th year and
until paid in full monthly payments are $284.39, and each of said
installments including a payment on account of the principal of sai
~ loan interest at the rate of eight per cent (8X) per annum discoun~ed
on the monthly decreasing balance of said principal which will remain
~ unpaid on said loan after the payment of each monthly fnstallment.
This Mortgage shall and does also secure the payment of any and all additional loans or advances made by the
~ mortgagee, at its option, to the morigagor herein.
