THIS DEED made the 19th day of November ~ 197 3~
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an G. ERNEST BLOODW RTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to KENNETH R. DREW and EVELYN L. DREW,
his wife,
whose post office address is Rt. 2, Box 2761-15, Fort Pierce, Florida -33450
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ~

AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
197 2
; IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantors as Trustees aforesaid
